BGSU's 文学硕士 欧洲博天堂官方网站 is an interdisciplinary program for students to develop an expertise in Europe as a whole, together with a specialization in a given region.

课程

The MA in 欧洲博天堂官方网站 requires a total of 30 graduate-level credit hours of coursework. 学生 may specialize in 欧洲艺术 & 信, European Political Economy, Regional Focus (France, Germany & 奥地利, Russia or Spain) 和 other European Languages (Italian, 俄罗斯, Slovenia) in combination with an arts 和 science or 政治-economic specialization.  

There are 9 hours of required courses, a minimum of 12 elective courses, 6 hours  (2 courses) of European languages at the 3rd year or above level,  和 a 3 hour (minimum) capstone experience of a thesis or comprehensive reading.

To gain regular status admission, applicants must have a minimum 2.75 undergraduate cumulative GPA from a regionally accredited institution. Applicants with below a 2.75 may be considered for conditional admission status. Applicants are required to submit scanned copies of official or unofficial transcripts from all institutions attended. 在入学, final official or notarized copies of transcripts from all institutions where degrees were earned 和 diplomas from international institutions must be submitted. Applicants are also required to submit official scores from the 博天堂官方网站生 Record Examination (GRE).

All applicants must submit a 2-3 page statement of purpose outlining their experience within the field of 欧洲博天堂官方网站, their professional goals, 和 the 博天堂官方网站 interests they wish to pursue. Three letters of recommendation from individuals with knowledge of the applicant’s qualifications 和 ability to successfully complete graduate study are also required.

国际 applicants are also required to submit scores from the 国际 English Language Testing System (IELTS), the Pearson Test of English Academic (PTEA), or the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). Successful completion of ELS 112 will also be accepted for this requirement.
